My Sacrum is out of place. Specifically my symptoms are there is either tension in my tailbone, or it shifts to the right side on the the top of the sacrum. If I bend my head forwards the pain increases in my tailbone. I can crack my pelvis and then it feels like it is aligned properly but then it will go out again. I have been using Steve Maxwells wave extensions on a yoga ball and it has helped but I think I still need as much info as possible. I just bough bodyflow and it is on its way. For this kind of disfunction are there any exercises you can recommend.
I heard the caterpillar exercise was effective as well as the boat pose? for this kind of pain. Any thoughts?
Thanks

have you seen a doctor about this? Do you have any idea how or when it went out of place? What is the level of pain you experience from this?

I have seen a doctor and a physical therapist. Both were next to useless. There is a big sports centre that I found that has a chiro that deals with sports injuries so I probably will end up going there.
The level of pain is not to bad. And it is alot better than it used to be. However it still gets tight around my tailbone from time to time. Just wondering if Bodyflow has any relevant exercises (its in the mail) or if warrior wellness has anything? Not taking this as medical advice just trying to enhance my understanding of the anatomy and alternative methods of healing. Also interested from the prespective of prehab.
Thanks

My sincere advice would be to go see the chiro and get yourself adjusted, then worry about Warrior Wellness and Bodyflow.
The two methodologies can assist in *recovery* of the problem. If the misalignment is bad enough, too much physical work, especially of new and dynamic nature, can cause further pain and discomfort.
