For those familiar with these diets. I've followed Keto before, basically extremely low carb mon-fri and then carbing up on the weekend. Is NHE pretty much the same? I take it, based on the posts I've read, that you carb up more often on NHE!

Carb up on every 3rd and 4th day or to put in bluntly - every 3rd and 7th day. On those days, last one or two meals is unlimited carbs, low fat. The diet is not extremely low carb either. Up to 60 grams of carbs a day. Quite a few veggies do not count toward carb limits. The plan is extremely easy to stick with.

I think I'm gonna order the book. It sounds easier to follow.

It's a helluva lot easier to follow; at least for me :)
The results are solid as well - what more could you ask for?
