Aren't these indian clubs in the right corner of the picture?? if so..wow...
Hello all,
This is my first post other than the welcome mat. I noticed Jay linking to my site (Bigsteel) and decided I really should check out this new forum. Jay, I'm not sure why you were so impressed with those old c l u bs, but I'm guessing that they look very large in the photograph and video. Sorry to dissapoint you Jay, but the old indian c l u b s in my video are not as big as they look in the photograph. The size of the c l u b s must be some type of optical illusion (foreshortening?) since they are much closer to the camera than I am in the video. Sadly, they are only 3-pounds each :? It's almost impossible to find the old wooden ones over 5-pounds, that's why the clubbells are so cool 8)
I would have much prefered if you had said wow to the 8-pound shot puts, guess I'll have to work on doing 10-pounds next time (I haven't practiced heavy juggling in years).

I was fooled too  That whole perspective thing can be tricky. The first time I saw them they looked about as big as your leg. Upon second inspection I can see the little table upon which they stand.
Anyway makes for a nice eye game.
BTW, juggling the shots does look quite fun 8)
At the 2002 AOBS dinner someone brought a wooden c lub to the collectors swap meet that was as big as those looked in the video. I'll have to post a picture and check the weight tonight (I took a full view picture and one of the label).
