Below I have provided a sample workout that includes KB, cb and Sledge work. This is not a beginner workout.
Keep in you can vary rep ranges; rest period, speed of movement or sequence of movements according to your particular emphasis.
Cb Swings
Cb Shoulder cast
Cb Head Cast
Kb power snatches
Cb Iron crosses
Kb floor press w/ pullover
Kb Cannonballs
Sledge work perform continuous rest 1m and repeat.
10 swings (diagonal swings) with foot forward
10 swings w/ alternate foot forward diagonal swing
10 swings (vertical swings)
10 swings (low swings)
10 swings (half moon swings)
10 swings (figure 8s)
