Just wanted the Tribe to evaluate our program for weightloss. First of all about us:

Subject: Dan
Age: 28
current weight: 243lbs
Target weight: 160-165lbs
Height: 5'7''
Nutrition: Vegan (also see in nutrition forum)
Goal: lose close to 100lbs

Subject: Dave
Age: 23
current weight: 239
Target weight: 200
Height: 5'11''
Nutrition: Vegan (also see in nutrition forum)
Goal: reach target weight and get in shape to be a fireman.

Current program:
Double D with 20lb c-bells and 1.5pood k-bell. We follow a 4 week cycle of Double D incorporating WW sanwiched between k/c-bell workouts with Bodyflow, WW and walking on rest days. We up the density one notch per 3 workouts.

Your program looks great. Your idea of walking on days off is a good one IMO.

What exercises are you doing with the Cruiser Class Clubbells and 1.5 Pood Kettlebells?

How long have you been following this program?

What kind of results have you seen so far?

A few questions to clear up from where you've come and to better map out where you and your brother are going.

Looking forward to visiting on my way down the coast :) .

For Double D we have been(1 day so far hehe) doing long cycle C&J and swipes.

Can't say much for results at this point other than its freakin hard and I get a great pump (not bodybuilding pump) or pleasant swelling in the shoulder girdle area. The 20lbers really tax my grip even tho they are only 5lbs extra than the 15lbers. Club-bells are not to be taken lightly:) pun intended.
