Nice to be in such fine company. My name is Makena White, I am 28, I reside in Honolulu, Hawaii. I am 6', around 250 lbs., and my sporting life consists of powerlifting (bests: SQ: 420, BP: 255, DL: 585--obvious imbalance, no?) and martial arts. I am a long-time student of Relson Gracie, and also have a strong background (although several years back now) in traditional Chinese martial arts. I'm looking forward to sharing with all of you; thanks for having me. I come to this forum via DragonDoor where I have been a longtime contributor.
