I can't find my copy of CT4CS and I know the answer is in there. However. I was wondering, is changing the weight used in a strength-endurance training protocol sufficient enough to stimulate the CNS?

For Example, say you use a routine that works well for you for OCBS, and you used the 10lb club. Can you do the same routine over again with a 15lb club, and then a 20lb club and finally a 25lb club and still have that be enough to stimulate CNS efficiency?

This is for strength-endurance obviously.

Thanks in advance for your help
Chris

Yes, the changes in poundage do not sound great to the ears, until you factor in torque and leverage. That's why Clubbells facilitate the greatest neurological adaptation.
