I have recently started the intermediate level of Intu-Flow and noticed that the elbow routine doesnt cover the front and back planes as in Warrior Wellnes. The elbow is a joint that i have had problems with in the past, surgery on it a few years ago, and the front circle in WW has always made it feel real good. Is it ok to incorporte the front and back planes into the routine? Or were these two movements left out deliberatly?

thank you

Travvis,

Of course with area specific issues, it's certainly acceptible to incorporate material from other RMAX courses. The reason for the ommission was that Intu-Flow was designed to be the minimal duration with maximal joint nutrition coverage. There are other mobility courses out there if you hunt, but none of them approaches the biggest-bang-for-your-physiological-buck as Intu-Flow.

Just remember not to overdo it and turn it into a training effect. When you have an issue, you're working to shave off the tension, wash the area with nutritive lubrication and smooth off the body profiles.
