Im just curious is anyone finds it better to either sip mouthfulls frequently or "chug" every so often.

I am in a situation at work where I am nowhere near a bathroom, or a tree. I have found that it is difficult to drink enough water because I dont like having to pee forever before I can get to a toilet.

Any thoughts?

Personally, I prefer the consistent, small quantitied, gentle drinking of water. I find when I take huge gulps, I end up urinating more; perhaps the small amounts are getting more so assimilated.

If one looks at Japanese Tea Ceremonies, they space out the tea in small amounts, most likely to get the full benefit out of the green tea. A friend's Chi Gung Instructor was able to drink 500 ounces of green tea without needing to urinate, through spacing this consumption out in 1 ounce increments.

I also like to swish and swirl my liquids, to bring down the tube with them some of those lovely salivic fluids, and that's not happening when one goes for the gulps.
