I was wondering what the tribe thought about splitting the workout in Doug's ABC ABC Death March into 2 sessions a la Double D.

i.e. in place of 40 sets of 5 reps side swipes done in 40 mins do 20 sets of 5 reps side swipes done in 20 mins; one session of 20 in morning and the other session of 20 sets at night. Input much appreciated. Thanx.

From my experience Dan, the 40 minute Density Cycle is optimal for exercises which take less time. And the 20 minute Density Cycle is ideal for an exercise that is long enough so that when you've compressed your sets down to 10 in 10 minutes that you have little to no rest between sets.

If you're doing either cycle with a Combination Routine that is too fast or slow, then you can always adjust the reps to compensate.

I think that makes sense. Let me know if it's not quite crystal for you.
