I have been reading alot of threads here on the forum and they all seem very greek to me. As a total beginner to Circular Strength Training where should I begin. Can anyone recommend any books/video also what equipment do I need to purchase to begin. I would like to incorporate the training to enhance my martial arts so I would be cross training. Any help or suggestions to point me in the right direction would be greatily appreciated.

Obviously, the core materials are the clubbell training book and video.

There's a good primer here -

Also, DolfZine had some articles of interest, if you search.

The old 'clubbell.tv' site (which now has the 'CST' logo as the entrance page ) has most of the articles and background material which were written before Coach Sonnon upgraded the whole concept to 'Circular Strength Training'. There is quite a bit of basic material there in the articles section which might help you with the concepts and vocabulary.
And yes, you should at LEAST get the 'Clubbell Training For Circular Strength' video; if you are really interested, and can afford it, you should think about getting the 'Maximology' video series, which is a crash course in ROSS/CST/Zdorovye/Be Breathed, and is incredibly informative and helpful. (I feel the the 'Biomechanical Exercises and Kinetic Chains' video series is actually too esoteric and intimidating for most people trying to get started in this field).
