Coach,

I just started exploring the Master level program today, I am very happy to be back to cloverleafs after taking time off from my previous joint mobility practice to play through the Intu-flow programs.

I love the control pause trinity breathing exercises. Something about doing them on the control pause, makes me feel ecstatically happy. I think it is that it makes the movement feel so smooth. Strange, but fun.

I have two questions:
Is there a training reason why the shoulder swings and elbow swings only go in one direction. Reversing the direction is obvious, but I was wondering if there was some reason not to do it.

Also pelvic cloverleafs are omitted, is this because of the increased sophistication of the leg cloverleaf.

Slade,

Remember that the purpose of Intu-Flow as the biggest-bang-for-your-buck organizational efficiency: the least amount of actual practice time to maximize the overall impact of the program. Courses like Warrior Wellness were exhaustively thorough with built in redundancies. However, for most people, time is a premium (until they've been practicing CST long enough or life events demand, then health becomes the highest premium). They just weren't making time to for Warrior Wellness - unable to let go of whatever they were doing prior for sufficient time to allow the course to fully do its magic. But with Intu-Flow it's so duration efficient at maximal coverage head to toe, core to periphery that EVERYONE can justify the meager 20 minutes in order to have such amazing vibrant health and instant energy increase.

I'm also finding that the compressed time leaves a sense of 'freedom' within the structure (which was really already there) to sophisticate and internalize in more profound ways. (I just hope that's what I'm supposed to be doing... I'm still a little unclear on certain core principles.)

Excellent point.

I sometimes forget that not everyone takes an hour to prepare themselves each morning.
