Chris Rubio attended the CST Beta Cadre in Pennsylvania. Because of scheduling problems, Chris had to leave because we went overtime. Due to scheduling difficulties, he was only able to submit his examination recently. I just wanted to congratulate Chris and tell everyone that he is an amazing athlete.

As if there were any doubt. Chris is a great instructor and one hell of a strong guy!.
If you have gotten his book on Explosive Strength and you are interested in learning how to do the clean & jerk with KB you should get it.
Its available from his website, which I cant seem find the url for. Chris????
