Just to recap, I am getting back into shape. Goals are 1) cardio/ strength endurance (my natural weaknesses) 2) fat loss and 3) get into 10 # Clubbell®.
Would appreciate yet another (!) program in this time availability (hey I might as well ask before the coaches say, use one of your previous ones right?):
15-20 min in the morning
midday DROM
15-20 min in the evening
