This last weekend, I lectured on Entering and Maintaining Flow State at the "Futurehealth" conference in Palm Springs. Very academic, very advanced. It was all the more intimidating, because sitting in the audience was Dr. Nathaniel Zinsser, head of the Peak Performance program at West Point. Intimidating as heck, but when I was done, he shook my hand and took my card, saying that he wanted to stay in touch. An excellent gentleman, a warrior, and a Sandan in Shotokan karate under Oshima. Banzai!

What I wanted to touch on was actually a presentation given by the man who began West Point's program, Dr. Louis Csoka, currently head of Apex Performance. He is now taking these extraordinary technologies, designed to help our warriors survive and thrive in adverse conditions, into the corporate arena. Wonderful! What heartened me was the degree to which the core program was similar to what we will be doing in The Path workshop--except that, frankly, our technology has some real advantages. Well, if you don't have millions of dollars worth of biofeedback and neuralfeedback machines, what you DO have is your brain and body---and used the way we will teach you, they are quite enough, thank you!

1) Goal Setting. Keeping your eyes on the prize!
2) Visualization and Imagery. What you see in your mind is what you get.
3) Attention Control. Concentration without distraction.
4) Positive-Effective Thinking. You become what you think about.
5) Stress-Energy management. Grace under pressure.
###
Can you imagine having these qualities in your own life? How much more confident would you be in your ability to bring your dreams into reality? NOTHING can guarantee success...but you can make darned sure that you take your best shot at life...and The Path will open up possibilities you may have never dared dream of.
These are the principles which have made our officer corps the best in the entire world. This is what our Fortune 500 leaders are now learning, at vast prices. This, in a matrix of Rmax and Lifewriting technology, is EXACTLY what you will be getting at the Path Workshop. Once again, the Tribe is on the cutting edge. I really can't wait for this one...I feel like a kid on Christmas eve!
