Ability to perform the listed movements will be a good indicator of whether or not you're ready to attempt to tackle the Leviathan
Strength Indicators:Iron Cross - The ability to Lock Out Two Clubbells at Full Extension and maximum leverage for 3-5 Seconds
Flag Position - The ability to Lock Out Two Clubbells at Full Extension and maximum leverage for 3-5 Seconds
Drumming - The ability to comfortably (right  ) Drum Two Clubbells for 10-15 reps
Once you're up to speed on these let's not beat around the bush, eh?
The Movement:
Named after the Biblical Beast of the Sea, you'll quickly see how the tentacle-like movement is going to go Old Testament on your ass
You've been warned.....Step 1 Clean Two Clubbells to Back Position (Or if you prefer to Order followed by moving to Back Position)
Step 2 From Back Position rotate your elbows out as if to perform a Shoulder Cast
Step 3 Shoulder Cast both Clubbells to Iron Cross Position
Step 4 Laterally move your arms to Flag Position while keeping the Clubbells upright
Step 5 Move from Flag Position to Back Position and return to Step 2
Have fun!
