Here is one of my families favorite ways to use spirilina as a food.
1 tbs spirilina
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp miso
1 tbs udo's oil
1tsp tamari
2 tbs water
heat water mix in miso let cool
mash avacodo, blend oil, tamari and miso
fold in spirilina
Enjoy on salads, vegatables and rice
For a variation omit udo's oil and use almondbutter to thick constency for spead on crackers, we like rice or rye.
