I received my Intu-flow package yesterday. Very nice! A few of the mobility exercises remind me of things I learned to do in other venues which reassures me I won't be lost completely.
The mini clubbells are a surprise: Only five pounds you say? I showed them to my coworkers and all were amazed by how hefty they are- then the rude jokes started. I work with some frequently coarse-humored people.
I did some of the extensions exercises and was please to feel the effect they had upon my grip.
I have a critisism: In the basic and intermediate sections of Intuflow and in the extensions dvd I did not notice any instruction on how to plan and structure one's use of these principles and tools. In these fora I have caught refences to "density cycles", etc. Some explanation of these concepts would be useful. As it stands I will do these exercises but I shall have to make plans based upon trial and error, using old ideas from previous experience. I'm okay with that, but I get the feeling there's more to your method than I'm aware. On the other hand, perhap I need to spend more time and attention to your online magazine.
And lastly Coach you explain the KISS principle using ,as I did when I first learned of it, "keep it simple stupid". Perhaps "keep it short and simple" would be more appropriate to the spirit of your teaching?
All in all, no real complaints. I hope to learn more.

Density cycles, etc., are for Clubbell programs. The Intu-Flow program is a related course designed as a stand alone for daily practice. Just do the routines as they are on the DVD and add the Xtension program when you get to the Advanced level. If/when you get into Clubbell training, the manuals will include material on how/when to do different kinds of routines.

Also, as I understand it, it's important to remember that Intu-Flow, as Warrior Wellness before it, is the base of everything. In that sense, it is the instruction, structure and principle.

Again, as I understand it, the X-tension program is explained by its name. It is an extension of Intu-Flow, a little more on the core of the system. It is itself, and from there we go, in due time.

So much for what I understand...

Blessings.

KD, precisely.

There're also expanded suggestions for Xtension here: http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9384

This occurred to me after I'd got some sleep :)
Thank you Coach Sonnon and everyone else for your prompt replies. I"ll be back after I've got some practice under my belt.

reviewed the "principles" section of the intuflow dvd and noticed that I mis-heard much of what was stated. In my defence, I am usually surrounded by noise (four exuberant children) but that's no excuse! Sorry for my mis-understandings, coach Sonnon.
