So far as I have seen the width between the feet while doing any of the standing Intu-Flow or Xtension exercises is not explicitly stated. Nor is the orientation of the the feet (straight ahead, at 45 degrees, or some other angle) specified.

Does it matter how you place your feet while doing Intu-Flow and the Xtension program? Should one rely entirely on intuition or are there any other guidelines?

Larson,

I perfer to place my foot at a 45 degree when I do four Corner balance drills and Parsara's Forest. In generally make sure your knees and hips is facing in the same direction of your feet. Most importantly be comfortable and find what is "structurally" sound for you.
