Is there a CST protocol for optimising 'cardio health' or 'heart health'?

In the same fashion that joints must be moved through their entire ranges of motion in order to maintain their optimum health, I would hypothesise that one's heart should be exposed to its 'full range of beating rates' to maintain its health. (I'm only hypothesisng, I haven't researched this.)

Something along the lines of the tabata protocol performed once or twice per week would make sense to me (assuming one's 'cardio slate' is clean, and there are no preconditions)

I may just have 'missed it' but I have not seen much mention of heart/cardio health in the RMAX material, whereas every other aspect of health is addressed.

thanks.

Nick,

Follow the CST Intuitve Training Protocols. Everything is redundantly built in to this somewhat magical formula:

Select an exercise to practice incrementally progressing sophistication. Practice with a technique level of 8 or higher (on a scale of 1-10; 10 being your best form ever), and a discomfort level of 3 or lower (on a scale of 1-10; 10 being your worst pain ever), and only then you can practice at an effort level of 6 or higher (on a scale of 1-10; 10 being your hardest work ever).

All of the conventional so-called quantifiable fitness standards are addressed therein. Every ethical doctor will honestly tell you that none of these quantifiable fitness standards are an absolute indication of health, but rather only a generalized tendency. Your intuition is the only true guide. Your health care support team is there to help you get out of the way of your natural healing magic.

Coach Sonnon.............As someone in my age group it was with great interest I read your above reply. For the last 50 years I have been conciously working on cardiac health, but as one gets older that work begins to take a toll. I is great to know Intu Flow can enhance cardiac health
I gave up working with weights years ago. finding alternative ways to build muscle, and now your Intu Flow system has given me the opportunity to add to my exercise regime, a system which would seem to be able to keep my body healthy and agile :D for the oncoming years, for that I say "Thank You"

I have been fortunate to be joint-pain free night and day for most of my life, as is the case currently, and this system seems to point to a contunuance of mobility for the rest of my life, something I am seeking

I have desided to work with Intu Flow 100% for the next 3 to 6 months and then report to you and the forum. Until then "Cheers"
