Coach Sonnon,
I just read your current article in the CST mag where you shared your results from CB training. Very impressive!
I had a question regarding your lower back injury. You mention that you injured it deadlifting in Russia three years ago. If it's not too much to ask, what exactly was the injury?
It sounds like the combo of Body Flow & CB's has helped you overcome those injuries.
I'm asking because about three years ago, I herniated & buldged disks in my lumbar deadlifting & have not been the same since. I went through treatment & now only have a buldging disk, but my back goes out all the time & I can't grappel on a consistant basis.
I'd doing a core strengthing program designed by Mark Alderson, which has helped tremendously. Sometimes I feel like I never hurt my back. When I combine it with WW, the results are unbelievable.
Soon, I'll be able to do other types of training & am interested in CST. I don't think I'll be able to afford a CB for a while, so I'll use 10 lb sledgehammers instead.
I currently have all three GTB's, all 4 WW's, Be Breathed, & the Performance Breathing video. I plan to get the CB book in the near future & will wait for the CST video to be released on DVD.
I've been working on the 3rd level of WW & the 1st Be Breathed program. Are there any additional excercies from GTB that could help out my back situation?
Thanks in advanced,
Hugo
