I read in Pavel's book that this is one of the exercises Scott taught him. Is there a vid where can I learn more about it at RMAX? What program does it belong to is what I mean.

The video is Warrior Wellness. I forget if its in the beginner or the Intermediate tape, but regardless, I recommend the entire trilogy anyway.

It is also in Body Flow if I am not mistaken.

This exercise is part of Coach Sonnon's Blade Biomechanics (http://rmax.tv/bayonet.html) course on Russian Knife Fighting and Carbine Bayonet Fighting as a special bonus course: Specialized Weapon Drills for Strength and Dexterity. It is most widely used as SPP for combat by military, but many non martial artists are beginning to see the value of Coach Sonnon's whole approach to fighting and fitness technologies.

You can find an example of 'Russian Pool' in the 'Movement Health' video series, volume 1, demonstrated by another Z-Health and ROSS instructor who was in the original Zdorovye and GTB video series with Coach Sonnon (I want to say his name is "Ben Bradlee", but I am sure that is not correct). "Movement Health" is a supplement/complement to "Warrior Wellness" and features a different emphasis and selection of exercises than "WW" (although it does have some ROM/Joint Mobility exercises, it also has shin box switches, Russian pool, etc). Pavel also has pictures of the Russian Pool exercise in the book version of "Super Joints".

Yeah I read it in Pavel's SJ book that it was Scott's exercise that's why I asked. I have WW and don't remember there being any stick work in it. Do I have to get the entire knife and stick fighting set to get the bonus tape, or did I answer my own question?
