FlowFighting Workshop with CST Head Coach Joe Wilson in PA

Hello,

I'd like to announce that CST Head Coach Joe Wilson will be giving a one day workshop on Flowfighting on Saturday May 6th, 2006 at the Tinicum Shim Gum Do in Ottsville, PA.

Registration will start at 9:00AM.

The workshop will be from 9:30AM until 6:00PM with a one hour lunch break.

The cost of the workshop is $100.00 for anyone who pre-registers by April 24th, 2006. Anyone who wants to attend after that day can pay at the door the day of the event but it will cost $150.00 to be part of the workshop.

What impressed me about Coach Wilson at Iota was his ability to "tailor" his teaching on the spot. In the session with Coach Brandon, they were able to talk to me (rank amateur) as easily as someone with tons of experience!

To me that says that the Coaches are living examples of what they teach.

I'm jealous that I can't be there, but I know the participants won't be disappointed!

Joe is simply AWESOME!

For someone with such a babyface, I was pleasantly surprised at how hard he can hit! :lol:

I was lucky enough to have a private lesson with Coach Brandon Jones and Coach Wilson was kind enough to help in that session.

I've trained privately with Coach Wilson - WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MADE! His training helped me defeat several (significanlty) larger and more experienced opponents in my last karate fight several weeks ago - even though I'd been only focusing on CST and no karate for months :D You guys are VERY lucky - if I was a few thousand miles closer - I'd be there.

Take my advice and go for simply the best few hours of martial arts in your life.
