Hello,

I was reading about qigong and two of the things they claim for it are "Builds strong lung energy, strong immune system...". This caught my eye because I have a weakened immune system and the left side of my diaphragm is paralyzed due to my medical history.

Would qigong be worth looking into? Is there rmax material that would have a similar effect? I've looked at qigong videos before but it looked so boring, if there's rmax stuff that would have a similar effect I think I would be more interested and more likely to stick with it.

Basically, RMAX is Qi Gong (Chi Kung) which means "Breath Skills" at its most fundamental level.

Get IntuFlow and it will give you as good a foundation in Chi Kung as you will find anywhere, then progress to "Be Breathed". I think you will be delighted with the results.

As Mushtaq explains, CST is a stand-alone, complete system. When Head Coach Joe Wilson releases his new DVD, RMAX Powered Qigong, all of these questions will be addressed.

Peter,

RMAX Powered Internal Martial Arts was filmed by Brandon Jones.

They will be released at the same time, though. 8)
