Coach Sonnon.....a question concerning 4CBD.

I have been doing the 4CBD in sets of five for both the right and left side. This takes me about 15 minutes to complete. I obvioisly hold the positions longer than 10 seconds, but I am able to hold on to the bottom of my foot as I lock out my knee as shown in the DVD. I do lack good ROM in the final move, more so in my right leg than in my left, but I do see improvement

My question..........am I spending enough time on my 4CBD exercise drill

What benefits if any would I receive to work towards doing this 4CBD drill from a pistal position as was discussed over the week-end

Work on opening your ROM within the 4th position before moving on to more advanced variations. You may want to play with drop down one level of challenge as you do so. Deepening your practice with Intu-Flow and/or Body-Flow will help restore balanced ROM and enable you to move on. Increase the quality of your practice before you extend the time.
