The Intu-Flow Xtension was suggested to me by someone on the dragondoor forum. I do kettebells about 3 times a week and have doing so for the last few months, I love them.
I have worked on my diet, I know what I need to eat the portions ect. I have some stuff going on in my family that is stressing me. My problem is I am an emotional eater. I am snacking a lot in the evenings, from boredum/stress. I can be pretty hyperactive, so I figure instead of picking up a bag of doritos I can do some activity to release some energy.
My initial thought was to do some ballistic kb drills, but I was concerned about overtraining, hence the Intu-Flow Xtension was suggested to me. It definately interests me. The Intu-flow definately sounds like it could benefit me. I have read about clubbells previously and found them intrigueing. The xtension definately seems like a good introduction to them.
I am very uncordinated and it is very hard for me to follow quick complicated movements when I'm trying learn them. I have no martial arts background whatsoever. I just want to make sure that the dvd's are set up for the uncordinated as myself, and is easy for someone with no experience. Thanks for your help in advanced.
