Been hearing a lot about how good the 20 sprint/10 sec protocol is. Its been great. Been doing it for a while. Just looking for some more variety..

Curious to know other types of protocols like this one for variety in my training?

Not sure if you do a sport or MA - but a nice compliment to the tabata your on is to do intervals based on your competitve time period. When I was doing Kyokushin we would do 3:30 on 30 off to be ready for the 3 minute round of a fight. Or if your going 10 minutes, do some waves 1,2,3,2,3,4....
