Hi Everyone,
My name is James Linn, I am an American living in Taiwan.
I recently purchased the book "Body Flow" and loved it, so I had to get the tapes. I feel "Body Flow" is one of the best investments I have made in a long time.

Coach Sonnon, you are amazing!!! The book and tapes are so info dense
I'll be studying for quite some time.

I really like this forum, you people are the most civil group I have ever seen on he internet.
