I just had an excellent conversation with the man who has arguably the strongest grip in the world - John Brookfield, the author of the Mastery of Hand Strength.
John's been interested in CST and finally got his hands on his very own 45lbs Clubbell. He'll be traveling and giving demonstrations on very unique and incredible feats of strength using the Bruiser - about which he swore me to secrecy... but the cat will be out of the bag very soon at his upcoming demonstrations.
He's 100% in love with the Clubbells. Look for him giving a demonstration at the Arnold Classic and keep an eye out for an ongoing series of articles in MILO on Clubbell training from John!
John's an incredible man. What impresses me more than his strength is his heart. He travels with his ministry inspiring congregations with his insights. Strength just cannot run to those heights without depth of Substance.
