Thought I would share my P.O.V.
Of course my heartfelt thanks to everyone.
As a returning CST instructor, I definatly felt more at ease with my preparations. The fact that I had worked with the head staff on numerous occasions, and 9 or so of the other participants (returning CST instructors) as well as the virtual meetings on the pre-event disucssion board - all worked to make this second time around a powerful experience.
From my point of view, Coach Sonnon and the staff have done an amazing job of honing the way the material is presented. It was probably due to some mental 'thickness' on my part during my first CST cert (Eta) along with refining of the material, but I experienced so many 'ah, hah's' this time around - I believe it will take 2-4 weeks to assimilate the information I received.
There is no substitue for personal instruction in CST - the material so rich and so valuable...If it was not clear to me before it is now - CST is the most powerful health system I've every encountered. I know of nothing that is coming close to what Coach Sonnon and his team are developing.
If you are reading this post, you clearly have some level of interest in CST. I encourage you to keep an eye out for CST events that will take place in your region. Coach Sonnon and his head staff can only train so many people. The instructors around the world are enthusiastic about brining this information forward - please support them in that process and do yourself a huge favor and attend an event hosted by one of these fine people. Their dedication, passion and capacity will be self-evident.
You will not find a smarter more well intentioned yet humble group in the health/fitness arena. Your personal practice, your awareness/comprehension of things CST and your health will thank you - of this I am confident.
I bow in the direction of all the 'fellows' (male & female) involved,
C-
