This is one hellofa fine resource for so many people from so many varied backgrounds, it really amazes me. The quality of advice and insight is second to no other forum I'm aware of on the net. The RMAX team is performing a wonderful service for us all. I doubt any of us have a clue as to how much hard work and diligence goes into keeping this forum running so smoothly and with such class.
