When I do the different Warrior Wellness exercises for the shoulders I find that my shoulder is more crunchy on some than others. Assuming there is no pain, would it make sense to spend more time on the crunchy ones?

Thanks.

Chris,

Always have an issue checked with your doctor.
In general, after you do have it checked, if the discomfort level is beneath a 3 on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst pain you've ever had), then it's okay to continue to shave off the tension.
Work for increasing your technique (above an 8 on a scale of 1-10; 10 being the best you could perform it), not for the 'sound' or absence of sounds.

Thanks.

It's the same shoulder that's been bothering me for a while. The doctor and the physical therapist both cleared me with no restrictions and I can do almost everything but there are still a few issues that I'm working on.
