For you upcoming seminar in Philly, are there any drills that one should focus on to better prepare? Thanks.

Not Coach Szolek here, but I'll put in my 2 cents anyway.

Warrior Wellness is argueably the best physical preparation for any physical event you could name. Period. It nourishes and loosens your joints, prevents injury, extends DROM, kicks in your Performance Breathing, engenders relaxation, and brings your whole being into focus for the task at hand. :!:

I agree work on the mills and swipes. I found this to be helpful.
