Nice active recovery MOC(moderate octane cardio) workout today with some clubbells and CC:

25 hindu squats
Clubbell shield cast 10 reps l, r with one 20lb club
25 hindu squats
Clubbell shield cast 10 reps l, r with one 20lb club
25 hindu squats
Clubbell shield cast 10 reps l, r with one 20lb club
25 hindu squats
Clubbell double side extensions with 2 20lb clubs 10 reps
25 hindu squats
Clubbell double side extensions with 2 20lb clubs 10 reps
25 hindu squats
Clubbell double side extensions with 2 20lb clubs 10 reps

then moved on to the Fred Flinstone workout with the 45lb club

Clubbell two-arm Pendulum with 45lb club 1x10
25 hindu squats
Clubbell two-arm Pendulum with 45lb club 1x10
25 hindu squats
Clubbell two-arm Pendulum with 45lb club 1x10
25 hindu squats

Clubbell two arm shoulder cast with 45lb club 1x10
25 hindu squats
Clubbell two arm shoulder cast with 45lb club 1x10
25 Hindu Squats
Clubbell two arm shoulder cast with 45lb club 1x10
25 Hindu Squats

Wrapped up with

Double CLubbell swings with 2 20lb clubs behind head to full sweep 5x10
