Coach,

I'm doing the advanced Intu-flow. What's amazing it that when I'm feeling really crappy, Intu-flow faithfully dissapates headaches and/or re-engergized me. You go so quickly in parts of the tutorial that I wanted to ask you the following;

might you explain the "infinity pattern" not why it's benificial (that's obvious), but the actual pattern! you blastedd through that so quickly on the dvd. Even when i play it back I don't latch on to it. If you just explain that key (espcially during "spine" segment ) I'd really appreciate it.

thanx

The "infinity pattern" is a sideways figure 8. So if you go clockwise on the top circle, when you reach the center of the 8, you follow the eight and go counter clockwise on the bottom circle (just like drawing it)...then switch...then flip it on its side.

If that's not what you mean, could you go into more detail?

NOTE: I am not a CST certified coach...just an enthusiast. :)

i know it's an 8, but what I need are static movements. i.e. go left, then right, then. etc. Smoothing is easy (for me) it's just the actual static pattern.

Coach, thanx for the diagram!
I do understand the it, but when you work the spine: arent' the 8's running on the axis' of 9 & 3 o'clock and 12 & 6 o'clock as opposed to diagonals? and then it reverses correct?

2 Infinities with the spine:

I. Quadrant 1 + 2, then Quadrant 3 + 4
II.. Quadrant 1 + 4, then Quadrant 2 + 3

Then of course, there are two directions for each.
