As per forum courtesy, please include your full, real name in your signature before beginning at RMAX. Then, please restate your needs and goals, because the spelling errors make it difficult to understand exactly what you're interested in (your current text could be taken several different ways.) Thank you.

To prevent any confusion for your visit here: RMAX has no connection to Systema (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/33/sonnon3.html).

Let Me Start over. Hi my name is Marcos Luna and i'm new to Rmax. I'm just recovering from a shoulder injury and I'm intrested in becoming a Rmax trianer and representing your company in new york city, but I'm not trying to walk before I crawl. I wanted to know which dvd would I get that show me solo exericse's that could tranfer directly to my martial arts trianing. I went with the warrior wellness and hardwork DVD. I hope you could give me advice on how I should start training. I took a systema course but was left with a want for a more explained method I could not really understand the way tescher explianed it , but the way you teach it is light years ahead of anybody else. I hope that by jioning your commuity that I would find a way to excel in these new methods of movement. From what I understand you teach people that movement is the same weather it be used for combat, for sport, and/or best of all for everyday life. Please guide me and thank you from explianing these thing so that even people like me could understand.

Warrior Wellness and Hardwork DVDs are a good starting place, Marcos.

Marcos Luna,

I went inside the company's computer and tried to look you up. There is no Marcos Luna as an employee of NYSC. There is a Marcus Luna without a picture. I am just curious, what location do you work at? I would like to meet you.

Yours in CST,
Bao

I didnt know RMAX had no ties to Systema, i have seen some of its stuff via video Coach Scott seems to breakdown everything very well from what ive read this system or training is very deep and above many systems old and new regarding information.

What stuff did you learn in Russia coach scott, just sambo or did you come across any Systema people to compare?

Interesting!

cheers
Garry

P.S I guess you get alot of people asking this question as its from Russia and SYSTEMA is now in U.S?
