Head Coach Murdock in Quebec! - June 10th

If you are within range of Quebec City, don't miss this chance to train for a day with CST Head Coach Ryan Murdock, and visit one of the most beautiful cities in North America, named a World Heritage Site.

This one day introductory seminar will introduce you to the principles of CST.

Seminar Curriculum

• Introduction to Intu-Flow, the CST™ training flagship that teaches you how to recover and refine the full range of motion of all of your joints, improve muscular coordination, and increase joint strength. The foundation of joint health and performance enhancement.

• Introduction to biomechanical exercises from Body-Flow Prasara™ (Sanskrit for: “Movement without thought”). Excess tension hemorrhages performance. Body-Flow exercises help rid the body of excess tension by re-educating efficient movement patterns and reintegrating Breathing, Movement and Alignment. Putting these exercises together into Kinetic Chains allows you to train to access Flow state at will. Learn how to incorporate biomechanical exercises into your personal practice and how to use them to enhance performance in any activity.

• Clubbell® basics. The Clubbell® is the only tool specifically designed to train strength in 3-dimensions. In this introduction to this cutting-edge method of strength training you’ll learn the 7 key elements of Clubbell® training -- the keys to taking apart any movement.

Coach Murdock led a seminar in Toronto this past February and it was awesome! Digital instruction through your TV is one thing, but having a live person cheerfully moving you through your sticking points is a golden opportunity you don’t want to miss. You will experience many “aha!” moments throughout the day as concepts are not just discussed, but acted out in a manner that instantly clarifies.

If you ask anyone who has ever been to a CST Seminar they will all tell you that it really does accelerate your understanding and therefore the effectiveness of your training.

Beginners and experienced alike… I would highly recommend making the effort to get to this seminar!

Adam,

It's very fortunate not only for Canadians, but for anyone in North America to have this opportunity to train with one of the world's top coaches, Ryan Murdock. Ryan may not be around much more this year, considering that as an officially titled "explorer" hired by magazines to travel the world as a journalist recording his adventures, he's at the negotiation table for a MAJOR journey which I am not at liberty to discuss.

Ryan is one of the few people in the world who truly understands what works for one's health and survival with the most economical of time and resources because of each crevice and nook he's plumbed throughout the world. His stories are not only for the history books, they already ARE part of history!

If you want to train with the best in the world, take advantage of this rare opportunity to train with RMAX Staff Coach Ryan Murdock!!!

Just a reminder that the deadline for early registration is fast approaching. You can train for a whole day with one of the Head Coaching Staff for only $115 Canadian until May 10th. Then the price goes up

If you are anywhere near Quebec City, it is well worth the trip, not only to train with Head Coach Murdock, but to visit our beautiful city.

Looking forward to seeing you here in Quebec. We already have registrants from as for away as Toronto in one direction and Nova Scotia in the other!!

Cheers,
Adam

I'm really looking forward to this event!

We'll touch on all three wings of CST. My goal is that people walk away with tools that they can plug into their personal practice immediately. Not only that, but I want them to leave with a sense of where it's going - how their practice will sophisticate in each of the three wings, where to take it next. This should be the launching platform that will take their personal practice to a whole new depth.

The format I tried out in Toronto was very successful. This one should be even more so, as I plan to tweak several things.

The best part of all is what the participants bring to the table. I've geared this to be accessible to people of all levels, including beginners and those with no prior experience of CST. As with last time in Toronto, even very experienced CST'ers will come away with an entirely new level of nuance. It's because everyone can bring their personal issues and examples to the table. We work through these on the spot and improvise solutions, so you'll get a chance to see how CST works in a dynamic setting. I've been doing this for a while now, but it still feels like magic to me...

Of course I'm also looking forward to spending time in Quebec City (the first time since a grade 7 school trip). It's a beautiful city, one of the most historical in North America.

It will be a great event! I hope you can join us! :D

I feel jealousy for all of you CST Athletes who get to train with Coach Murdock. With all of the Canadian buzz his world class coaching has created, I suspect that you'll be reaping the benefits for months afterwards, if not a lifetime!

I wish I could make it to this workshop. Its obvious in every moment training with Coach Murdock that he really wants to impart as much experience and as much knowledge of how to apply CST concepts to enhance your personal practice. Its a pleasure to be around someone who at every moment gives 110% and owns the material in every way.
