Been pondering picking up some clubbells, and I was just wondering for those of you who practice OCS style:
Do you typically feel it's your wind that is your limiting factor, or the lactic buildup in your muscles? In other words, do you get out of breath or experience muscle failure first?
Of course, this might entirely depend on the individual, as well as the movement (Swipe or Mill)....
