Gang,
I think this is probably more of an ego question than anything else, but I still need to ask! My intentions were to buy the Mini Clubs for my wife and some "real" clubs for myself. However, due to financial issues (I'm sure I am the only one on this forum with this) I will only be able to buy the Mini Clubs for now. Will I also be able to use these Mini Clubs and the Intuflow and Extension programs for my benefit? Is this a program that if a guy (me) has not done any resistance training in years (over 10) will allow me to progress for a long period or will it quickly become too easy? If I was able, would I be able to buy the smallest, I think 10 lbs Clubbells and do the Intuflow and Extension program along with my wife or would the 10's be too much for a BEGINNER like me and a program like that? I've just now been able to "convince" my wife to give this a try so I want to be able to do it with her...
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Take care and stay safe,
Chad Harding
