I was going to wait a month before doing this but here it goes. This is the end of the second week of me doing the five minute miracle. I would have to say that this is something that I'll continue to do. It was very easy to do after watching the tape even the "advanced" stuff was easy. But that's what makes it work. You can put your five minutes in and be done. I really like the way the tape shows how you can incorporate this breathing style into anything you do athletically really. At least that's kind of what I read into it. Well anyway after 2 weeks of my normal training and just adding in the five minute miracle I went from 10.5% body fat to 8 I don't know if that's a tremendous thing for anyone but it works for me. I often times find I go more than five minutes just because one minute is only about 8 breaths. Again I don't know if thats a good thing but works for me. I noticed taking time out to do this a little through out the day makes my back feel better. (I stand all day in work 14hrs) My waist also looks a little trimmer. I didn't measure or anything but look thinner. Over all I'd have to say I really like this because I can do it when ever where ever and so far it seems to be doing what it's advertised to do. Can't ask for much more. I'm really impressed with this product and will continue to use it with my training.
