Congratulations to the new Prasara Instructors!

On May 20, 2006, Coach Sonnon came to my school in Memphis (www.memphismartialarts.com) We had a full weekend of filming (3 videos in 2 days!) and training. On Saturday Coach presented an INCREDIBLE FlowFighting® workshop for my students. Prior to the workshop he agreed to test my Prasara Body-flow Yoga students for their Level I certification. Most have been taking class 2-3 times a week for almost a year. Please help me congratulate my incredible students who passed their exams. Congratulations go out to:

They all met and passed all the requirements to be awarded Level I Assistant Instructor Certification in Prasara Body-flow Yoga.

All of the students did a great job! The one real standout in the testing process happens to be a member of the forum. Her name is Camron Sawczyn and her screen name is CurlyFSU. Please congratulate her if you see her online, she is without a doubt one of the most dedicated and hardest workers I have ever coached. The students want to thank Coach Sonnon for his sincere direction and attention to detail…Thank you Coach!

Congratulations to the first wave of Prasara instructors!!

It is said that a student is a reflection of their teacher, and if so, I can imagine the hard work and dedication that you are bringing to your practice. I look forward to meeting each of you at a future seminar.

It was very much an honor to work with all of the exam participants. Even those who did not pass were extraordinarily hardworking, focused and receptive to coaching guidance. It was quite a privilege for me to meet new Prasara Body-Flow yogi and yogini... Their performance during the exam reflected the obvious diligence and dedication they have in their practice. Seeing independent schools of Prasara and their enthusiastic students really warmed my heart: the compassion for their development, the support of their schoolmates, their love for their coach.

And a very special congratulations to Camron, a competitive ball room dancer, a grappler, a striker, and a high powered successful business-woman... she brings so much more to our collective table. But most of all, she brings heart, exuberance and warmth.

Congratulations to Jamie, "Bobert", Miss Penny, and Ben for their Prasara Body-Flow yoga instructor trainee certification: the first major step in a very long personal odessey.
