Finally seeing the orthopidic surgeon tomarrow!

only took 5 months :? Hopefully I'll be able to get into surgery quickly after this is done and I'll be fully functional by summer. I'm planning on buying sonnons movement health package for use in rehab and gpp after that. Sound like a good plan?

    Good luck and Good healing!

If you have a lot of swelling, try Bromelain instead of Ibuprofen. It's way more effective and it doesn't impede the regeneration of cartilage. I healed 3x faster than expected when I had my surgery, due in part to getting the swelling down fast.

Omega oils, Vitamins A, C, & E, and extra minerals will also assist the healing process.

This is just my own experience, take or leave it.

    Thanks for the support

Thanks for all the support As it stands I will probably not get surgery until april but atleast I have a time frame. The surgeon is going to remove some tendons from my hamstring to rebuild the ones in my knee with. He is not sure if my maniscus(sp) can be saved so its kind a 50/50 thing at the moment. Also I would be happy to include a signature but how do I do that? if it helps at the moment my name is Brian Bales thanks

    Brian,
Go with Warrior Wellness rather than Movement Health.
