    CST Course Completion

Is there any designation for attendees of the CST Course that are not seeking CST designation but want to complete the course with the same standards. For me, I do not plan on working as a CST professional, I want to be my own coach for lifelong health. Simply curious.

    Frank,

There are plenty who attend a CST seminar to just learn and be a better athlete. You aren't forced into becoming an instructor.

    Frank,

I am going to the CST Kappa seminar but I do not plan to actually get certified. I think there are others that will be doing the same thing.

Certification may be a goal for me next year but for right now I just want to gain as much knowledge and experience in CST as I can for my own training.
