First, I want to say I'm not trying to put anyone down rather I'm hoping a few of us will benefit from what I am saying. I've noticed a few people having difficult grasping some of the terms or concepts involved in ROSS/CST, so I'll relate my own experiences. I am the type of person who when they first come into contact with new ideas I have penchant for trying to understanding before doing. After some time I realized that it is best in ROSS/CST to make sure you are physically experiencing each new concept to internalize a more complete understanding before moving forward. Many people, myself included, try to intellectualy understand the whole with out experiencing. This is probably why Coach Sonnon didn't release much written work on ROSS/CST at the begining thereby leading us into the experience prior to putting the concepts into written form. What I am trying to say is, as you are exposed to a new concept either on tape or writing you should physically experince the concept before moving on. Hope this helps.
