    First week of Intu-Flow®

    Hello,

I have had my Intu-Flow® program for about a week now and consequently that's how long I've been doing it. Naturaly at this point it's great. Not to sound overly metaphysical or anything the simplicity of it is it's ultimate complication. The moves require relaxation, something that is difficult to me. I want to power through some of the moves and I'm sure at some points I am creating to much tension. For the most point however I am relaxing and enjoying the benifits of the program. My back and spine in particular feel great. My main point of contention is my shoulders. This is my strongest and most rigid body region. It's where I go to dish it out and where I store my tension. Always has been.

I am really going with the concept of baby steps. Each time I do the exercises I discover something new, still doing beginner exersices of course.

    Sincerly,
    Edward Sloan

    Great stuff Edward.

Sounds like you've got a handle on it. Learn to relax and groove the movements and it will take you to new levels. Keep us posted on your progress.
