Thumbs up 4X7: The Magic of the Mundane. What's in it?

As a newbie to RMAX ( and I'm impressed, yes I am ), right now I'm in the middle of practicing Intu-Flow® ( hey everyone, my tight, tight shoulders are now moving smoothly and finally without pops and snaps and my hips have opened up so much kicking in my martial art has become fun ), it's a way before I should jump into 4X7, but am totally excited about this program. Are there any hints or teasers of what's in it ( no video clips, no photos, I like to preview admitedly ). In one thread, I read that a pullup bar helps and that's one of my favorite equipment ( I mostly do body-weight exercises ). Any sharing of what's in the program?
But, I can say that Intu-Flow® IS WORKING. My movement, my flow has definitely improved and I feel better.
    Thank You,

    Kevin,

There are four unique CST selected exercises crafted for its overall effectiveness. These four basic exercises are done it a circuit using the 4x7 methodology. There are no clips or teasers, my friend. The exercises are very unique and carefully taught in a progressive manner for all athletes of different fitness levels. The most interesting, but not so important for athletes to know, is it is the only fitness program in the market to use the fibonacci sequence (the golden ratio). What this mean is that it is a very intelligent mirco-cycle that will transform our athletes multi dimensionally without the risks and damages of over training, boredom, and random exercise cocktailing. After watchomg 4X7 several times, I can really apprenicate the wave of intensity in this program. It is truly an amazing and beauty pattern that will ensure optimal health and fitness. I will be applying this program next week after I recover from the FlowFighting®™ seminar. After I done with 4X7, will go back to my macro-cycle THP. For some odd reason I am guessing my performance will improve when I return back to my old THP. I hope you'll join me in this challenge, my friend.

    Bao,

I might join you when I get back from vacation in August. My "pullup station" is the neighborhood playground and I can use a park bench for quad squat jumps. I still want to finish my Swipe Century at some point, but I can practice it indoors anytime while 4x7 for me requires outdoor training. So I'll take advantage while the weather allows.

I probably won't be able to hoist my Bruiser overhead within the 28 days, but I figure even just sticking to Circuit A for most of that time would deliver some nice benefits.

I always hoped I'd have a use for the pull-up bar in the yard. It was there when we bought the house. The only draw back is that the guy who installed it was pretty short so I'll have to do all of my pull ups from a dead-hang bent leg position.

My copy of 4X7 arrived the day before yesterday and I am looking forward to the start of the challenge, I've no doubt the end result with be worth the effort.

    Anthony,

What did you mean when you wrote, " I've doubt the end result with be worth the effort"?
