Awesome, Kyle. Glad you're aboard.
I have been practicing the stock programs. I have trained 3 clients with the cardio program. They really love it. One of my clients had her daughter tear an acl playing basketball.
My client said that the Clubbell® training prepared her more than anything else(we have used everything in the gym) for having to move and help cary her daughter.
I will stay focused and keep learning.

Coach--This is my first day on the forum and my first post. Your excellent article answered every question I had. Thank you.

Why do so little athletes use clubbells? Not saying they aren't amazing tools but I dont see many athletes using them, lack of coaching/ awareness?
There are a lot of people using clubbells these days. It may not seem that way but the numbers are shooting up especially in the last few years, especially with the recent publication of more beginner friendly programs like BER and Blackbook. It is however still not exactly mainstream fitness. This IMHO is due to the still relatively small number of coaches and even smaller number of facilities (there is only one offical RMAX gym in California and I believe only one has been opened in England to date as well. Also the paradigm shift needed to make use of RMAX and by extension clubbells is a big step to take for the majority of the fitness community. What we are doing here is years ahead of other systems.
Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.

I think the sale of kettlebells is a good idea since it helps to attract part of that crowd over. Another is relating it to other sports which might appreciate the skill transfer. Could it attract baseball or tennis players?
