I'm in the middle of reading Body Flow and I must say that it's already worth it's weight in gold. The understanding I am gaining of my own Fear Reactivity is giving me greater insight as to how to deal with my panic and anxiety disorder. I'm thinking of sending a copy to my mother in Alberta for her fibromyalgia. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do this, but even though I haven't totally finished the book, I looked ahead at some of the biomechanical exercises and tried a few of them out. I seem to be doing ok with them, although my upper body is bending quite a bit and my performance is definitely being done in a staccato like fashion.
After YEARS of being a barbell and dumbell pumper, I feel so much better after doing some of these movements. I can really see how these can affect ones agility for the better.
Now, all I'm waiting for is my Bruiser and ABC manual to show up!
Thanks again Scott!
