    Where to begin?

    Okay....

    I have 1 club, 5 lbs.
I have the Clubbell® Training For Circular Strength DVD.
I have the desire to do this.

The DVD shows all the exercises, but it doesn't explain anything about structuring a program, or where to start (other than saying to "start with swings").

Also, Coach Sonnon is doing swings with 2 clubs in the video. Can you do them with only one, or do I need 2? Should you swing your non-club arm for balance when doing them with one hand?

To begin, do you just do swings until you're tired? How long should you work swings until you start incorporating other movements? Is there a number of swings to shoot for that's generally considered "doing good"?

And where do you find complete programs?

Sorry, lots of questions....but I need to figure out where to start and how to progress.

    Robert,

Start with the Big Book which is full of program design templates. You can perform it one handed, two handed or with two clubbells. Counter-swinging your non-weilding arm initially will help you groove if it doesn't compete for your attention. Start with 5 sets of 5 repetitions to practice the technique 3-4 times a week. After 3 weeks, change up the technique.
