while i was Being Breathed today i found i was getting out of breath. i was doing only the first exercise...Butterfly. the beginning was good..inhale on the floor roll my shoulders as i exhale and rise.....then again inhaling and exhaling as i descend. now...question one: shall i exhale thru the full movement while going down or a quick exhale and then ?? hold the breath till the floor?, this is where i am confused. i felt comfortable exhaling thru the whole descending motion. ok...#2 when i am bringing the knees in toward the torso is that on an inhale ALL the way up till the hips are above my head?
the long and short of it is i felt i was losing my breath in different places. of course this is new to me and i am "regaining"(better word choice energy than fat and out of shape: ) my inner and outer fitness.
